Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Stainliss gear. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a refund. This guarantee also covers sale and discounted items.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hi@stainliss.com.au with your order number and a short note on why you'd like to return it.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with your return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item back in its original packaging, with all parts and accessories.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Parcels returned without a return request can't be matched to an order and may be delayed.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, the item needs to be unused or only lightly tested, clean and complete. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once the item arrives back with us and has been checked, we refund the full product price.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at hi@stainliss.com.au with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover all return postage.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show it on your statement. If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hi@stainliss.com.au.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different product instead? Email us and we'll help you swap it.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This money-back guarantee is in addition to those rights.
